If you can take a look at your mail server settings specifically the IMAP and SMTP. Make a note of the values and delete an overwrite them also check your passwords for both SMTP and IMAP. Make sure they are the same if you can’t see them look at the number of stars or dots.

I work in a small company and for the past 2 weeks we've been having issues with customer support Outlook account. The account is used as IMAP in all customer support clients, every time you set up the mail in anyones computer online Outlook email repair utility it just sync 30-50GB ost files... And because of the size, this is making the mail simply stop working after one day of normal use, forcing the users to end outlook process to make the mail sync again properly... But only when you close/open the mail again.

The responsables of the mail told us to move all the mails from past years to a new account to reduce it's size, but after doing that it doesn't seems to be working. This problem isn't anything new, this happens every year or so, but this time it just isn't getting fixed. By reporting abuse, a moderator will be asked to review the content of this interaction to take further action, if necessary. Some reference links I read thru though I don't fully understand all of what is being discussed. I have not tried the add-on yet I am going to experiment.

• I am using TB for just three weeks now and I have issues daily when sending mail with no attachments the outgoing mail server will time out.

• So only wait when some "smarties" from apple IT solve problem in app ...

My accounts in Mail app stopped to sync post update

I am also running QuickFolders and its the same nothing shows up on those tabs until i physically click on them. Ok so my mistake the Properties option is there when right how to fix Outlook not opening today clicking folder - I was only focused on right clicking on the email address to take me to server setting I was not clicking on the actual folder. I right click a folder and Properties and it take me to attached windows. I don't see - 'When getting new messages...

I checked all 5 of the tabs in this window that expressions is not there. This seems bizarre the email would not populate. A stable connection between your email client and email server depends on the syncing of your IMAP folder.
