Just a few seconds after sending, my phone will show that I have a new message on my IMAP, but currently I have been waiting 10 minutes on my Outlook (2 send and receives) and no email listed yet. If an IMAP Inbox isn't displaying new messages as they arrive at the server, but only when the Inbox is selected, there is something wrong with the setup.
